Custom mountain rings are non-returnable nor able to be exchanged for a different size. The remake fee for custom rings is 60% of the original cost. For this reason it is reccomended to choose the "send me a ring sizer" option for custom rings. Once the order is placed we'll get a ring sizer shipped out to you ASAP! 

As all rings are handcrafted one at a time, special for you. It is very important to choose a size that is comfortable for you. It is highly recommend to go to a reputable jeweler to be sized, or obtain a ring sizer!

Though we highly recommend using our ring sizer (available on all rings), you may visit a jeweler to get sized.

Considerations when going to a jeweler
1- When getting your finger sized, consider the width of ring are going to purchase. Wider rings fit more snug than a slim band.

2- Get sized using a ring of the same profile. Note the inside profile of the ring you are looking to purchase, as this can effect the fit. All rings we create have a comfort fit profile.

Size exchanges are simple. Should you order the wrong size, there is an exchange fee of only $25 (or $45 if engraved). Rings made of all gold, or including a gold liner or outer can be resized, with a fee of $50. Titanium and zirconium rings will be remade to the new size.

Exchange/resize fees cover the cost of a new ring (or resizing), as well as shipping costs.

The current standard lead time is 4 weeks from the date of purchase to completion.
